They say good things come to all those who wait / And for Teagan White fans, it’s an important date! / The Barefoot Critters are back in their second book / With counting adventures and here’s a first look!
“A quiet day reading is perfect for one. / Books take you to everywhere under the sun. / But when the story is over you might start to feel blue. / And realize your day would be better with…” (Two!)
See you’ve got this, you’re clever, you see how it goes / Each page a rhyme and a number even the littlest knows. / Illustrations show the critters at work, rest and play / Helping friends and exploring as they count through the day!
“Sometimes our friends have their paws full with chores / And the hard work would be much less boring with four. / If you all work together like bees in their hive / We’ll be finished in no time and ready for…” (Five!)
The story moves quick but there’s so much to see and do / Playing pirates, having races, roasting marshmallows too! / With sweet illustrations it’s easy to see / Why we can’t wait for book number three!
This next part is tricky so I’ll stop with the rhyme / But not before saying it’s giveaway time!
