Of course I get myself whatever I want. I love her.

Some things I’ve had my eye on that you might like too. Spring is coming, right?

Flowers in berry baskets all spring and summer long. And this dramatic arrangement from my fave Ottawa florist.

Rainy Bookstore tea.

This sweet shoulder bag in green especially.

Long torso? There’s a swimsuit for that.

All the heart eyes for this black pedestal bowl. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ And this white one. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

A French fry board. ๐Ÿคค๐Ÿคค

Easy no-bake oat bars.

The most comfortable shoes I own. Native doesn’t make them anymore. Should I get another pair while I can?

Ten Steps to Nanette: A Memoir Situation by Nanette’s brilliant Hannah Gadsby.

Jasmine Guillory’s new rom-com, By the Book (how much do we love novels set in the publishing world?).

The New Design Rules: How to Decorate and Renovate from Start to Finish, Emily Henderson’s much-anticipated follow-up to Styled: Secrets to Arranging Rooms, From Tabletops to Bookshelves.

Please Join Us by Catherine Mckenzie is going to be the thriller of the summer, I can feel it.

Book Lovers by Emily Henry. (Really hoping we’ll see it in a Sweet Reads Box.)

And new from the editors of Flow magazine, A Book That Loves You: An Adventure in Self-Compassion. (The Big Book of Less: Finding Joy in Living Lighter and A Book That Takes Its Time: An Unhurried Adventure in Creative Mindfulness are wonderful too.)

“Of course I get myself whatever I want. I love her”—- love the quote, we all need to remind ourselves of that. Love ourselves, so we can love others. Some very neat items to be coveted. Starting with the simplicity of your photo on the table and 3 chairs… beckoning in the outdoors.
p.s…. love the red and the red and the red in your side photo.

Isn’t that such an inviting picture? So serene. ๐Ÿค—๐Ÿค—
