Much ink has been spilled on the connection between the state of flow and happiness and that’s exactly what today’s box is all about. “Get your hands dirty to free your mind” is the slogan for le club terracotta‘s DIY pottery kits. Made in Quebec, each one comes with everything you need to create, paint and seal whatever you can dream up in clay. The company was kind enough to send me a kit and mes amies, some of my most relaxed, most present, most contented moments this past week were spent trying it out.

DIY valentine soap + A giveaway!

I’ve been reading a lot about self-care in the blogosphere over the past week or so and feel like I’m getting better about identifying (and maybe even embracing) what fills my cup (as uber cheesy as that sounds).
