A baker bakes 73,247 baguettes in a year and sells each for $2.73. What does he make?
😂 Whether you’re new to baking or it’s second nature orrrrrr you just enjoy reading cookbooks and dreaming of all the things you’ll make, I think you’ll really like today’s Sweet Reads Box. It’s the first one to feature a cookbook rather than a novel, and I am here for it! 🙋♀️ The limited edition Cook’s Box offered a choice of two stunning new titles, Ottolenghi Flavor: A Cookbook or the one I was lucky to see on my doorstep, Baking Day with Anna Olson: Recipes to Bake Together. Let me show you what’s inside. Continue reading “The Limited Edition Cook’s Box from Sweet Reads Box: Baking Day 🇨🇦”
I received the Book Lover’s Box in exchange for an honest review. This post also appears on A Year of Boxes.
I feel like Sweet Reads Box has offered more limited edition releases this year than ever and I am here for it! 🙋♀️ If you miss out on the monthly boxes (they sell out so quickly!) or you’re on the fence about subscribing, the limited editions are another chance to get a feel for the box or add to your monthly delivery. (In this case, more is MORE!) 1. The inability to start a new book because you are still living in the old book’s world.
2. The inability to function at work/school because you were up all night binge-reading.
Sam cannot make it to the committee meeting today as she has a book hangover.
If I’m looking rough today it’s not for nothing. I was up late last night finishing the delicious new psychological thriller from July’s Sweet Reads Box and I’ve got a book hangover in the worst way. Or maybe in the best way? I mean it’s a good problem to have all things considered. But I’m certainly not the sharpest tool in the shed today so it might be a good idea to keep this one on the shorter side. If it’s new to you, Sweet Reads Box is monthly book box that delivers a new novel, coffee or tea, a sweet or savoury snack and some bookish goodies tied to the story. They also offer several limited edition boxes throughout the year (I just ordered the Cat Lover’s Box for August and they have a Dog Lover’s one too). Let’s get to July’s.
